JianYing Projection ("the Software") is a free and open-source church worship projection application developed and maintained by an independent developer ("the Developer").

2. Free Software

The Software is provided free of charge. Downloading, installing, and using the Software does not require any payment, account registration, or subscription.

3. Voluntary Sponsorships

Visitors may choose to make a voluntary financial contribution ("Sponsorship") to support the continued development and maintenance of the Software.

• Sponsorships are entirely voluntary and are not required to download or use the Software.
• A Sponsorship is not a purchase: it does not entitle the sponsor to any goods, services, features, priority support, or influence over the development roadmap.
• Sponsorship amounts are at the sole discretion of the sponsor.
• Sponsorship payments are processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. By making a Sponsorship payment, you also agree to Stripe's Services Agreement and Privacy Policy.

4. Open Source

The Software is released as open-source software. Please refer to the project repository for the full license text governing use, modification, and redistribution of the source code.

5. No Warranty

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of — or inability to use — the Software or this website.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Software or this website, including but not limited to attempting to disrupt the service, misrepresenting your affiliation with the project, or using the Software for any unlawful purpose.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Software or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
